111kk may request documents necessary for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 gives a ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.

3.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own detailed terms that must be read before accepting the offer.
• A bonus applies to one account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method only.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• 111kk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is suspected, 111kk may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

3.3 VIP Program

The 111kk VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). You can advance to a higher tier based on consistent gaming activity.

VIP benefits are subject to change at 111kk's discretion. The final decision on VIP tier assignment rests solely with 111kk.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 111kk is ৳100 (for all methods). Our supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• 111kk reserves the right to verify deposit transactions before they are considered valid.
• Deposits must be made only from your own registered payment account.
• Depositing through a third party or in someone else's name is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawal requests may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals may be suspended and the account investigated.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be submitted at the same time; the next request can only be made after the previous one has been completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using 111kk services:

5.2 Consequences of Violations

For any violation of the above terms, 111kk may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently close the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action. In all matters, 111kk's decision is final.

12.2 Closing Your Account

You may close your account at any time. Before closing your account, please ensure that your balance has been withdrawn and any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. You must contact support to request account closure.
